HubSpot for Fintech

An ambitious fintech startup appointed PFD to set up and integrate HubSpot into their sales and marketing technology stack.

They were looking for a robust CRM system that would not only support their growth in the short term but also enable them to scale and adjust their processes with ease.

We set up HubSpot from scratch, migrating their existing data into the new CRM, and integrating with their website and third-party applications.

Having analysed their customer journey, we created several automated email workflows to support sales, lead nurturing, and customer retention.

This initial phase alone saw a 12% increase in conversions.

We are now kick-starting phase 2 of the project.
